Welcome to the website of EHEF Bangkok 2009!
Following the success of the previous European Higher Education Fairs (EHEF), the 2009 edition took place on 31 October and 1 November 2009 at the Royal Paragon Hall, Bangkok.
The fair was organized simultaneously with the OCSC 6th Thai International Higher Education Expo 2009. The EHEF pavilion counted 62 exhibitors, 43 of which were education institutions. A total of 19 EU member states participated in the EHEF to promote educational study opportunities in Europe to Thai students and their educational advisors. The EHEF Bangkok attracted 30,194 students this year.
EHEF Bangkok 2009 is part of a series of European events in Asian countries financed by the European Commission. The implementation of EHEF Bangkok 2009 has been assigned to a consortium lead by the European University Association (EUA) and includes DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service) and Nuffic (Netherlands Organization for International Cooperation in Higher Education). EHEF Bangkok 2009 is part of the EU funded EU-Asia Higher Education Platform project.
